**Main duties for the role include**:
- Building X-Ray Crawlers and Battery Packs
- Operating and maintaining pipeline X-Ray Crawler on site
- Conducting on site repairs of other electronic equipment
- Selecting the NDT technique from approved processes for the testing method
- Translating NDT codes, standards, specifications, and procedures into NDT instructions adapted to the actual work conditions
- Setting up, calibrating, and verifying NDT equipment settings
- Interpreting and evaluating results according to applicable standards, codes, specifications, or procedures
- Preparing written instructions
- Reporting the results of NDT
- Undertake any other specific duties as directed by Project Manager
**Experience, Qualifications and Other Attributes**:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational environments as NDT/Crawler Technician
- Qualification in Crawler Operation or Electronic Qualification
- ISO 9712 Level II Radiography
- Radiation Safety License
- Excellent safety mindset, good communication skills and self sufficient
- Experience in all qualified testing methods
- Have a general knowledge of other NDT methods, product manufacturing and inspection technology used by the Company performing NDT
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry including related Legislation, Acts and Regulations, Industry Standards and Codes and NATA requirements
- Good level of computer literacy
- Experience in completing NDT worksheets and reports
- Knowledge of NATA requirements
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables

**Salary**: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
