Caretaker - Claremont

We are currently recruiting for an **Apartment Block Caretaker - Claremont**to join our Team.

**About the Role**
- **Monday - Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm**:

- **Total 25 hours a week**:

- Cleaning external areas and wet areas on a rotation basis
- Following strict security and OHS procedures
- Remove litters and debris on footpaths by using blower
- Sweep the car parks
- Not afraid to get their hands dirty
- Pick the litters with the help of litter picker
- Empty and wash bins and manage recyclable waste
- clean and maintain the common areas, lobbies of the apartment block
- Able to work autonomously & take pride in their work
- Work in a great Team Environment
- Immediate Start

Pay: $24.97 per hour
