**Maintenance Manager - Strata / Owners Corporation in Toorak**

Due to growth, the opportunity exists now to work for our friendly, collaborative & successful strata management office based locally in Toorak area, few km's east of Melbourne CBD as a Maintenance Manager.

This is a great opportunity to get into a Tier 1 strata management firm and establish a strong career, with great perks, flexibility, security and growth.

Full training is provided for this role. Your role will be to assist the 8+ people team in strata management with strata (property) maintenance, work orders for repairs to buildings/properties they manage, liaising with trades people and processing quotes etc.

You will have modern and effective strata management task management software to make your life easy

**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:00pm, No weekends, ever.

You will have the option to work 2-3 days work from home after ~1 month initial training period.

You will be working under a very experienced, friendly and fair strata team leader who will train you. You will have admin support, a friendly team and colleagues to assist you.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Process quotations for work to be done for property maintenance (this company manages high rise buildings and lower density townhouse complexes around Melbourne, VIC)
- Liaise with trades for work orders (list of trades provided for you to work with)
- Assist the team with enquiries if required

**WHATS ON OFFER**:

- 1st Year Salary of $65,000 - $80,000 + Super

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Some understanding of the strata industry and/or admin / property management experience (ideally in maintenance role)
- The desire to learn, grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Good communication skills and computer skills
