Our client is a vibrant, innovative operated childcare centre **located in East Maitland**. They are committed to providing high quality education and care and ensuring all children are provided with the best start to their education. They value and take pride in their academy by building strong, collaborative relationships with all their families and their team.

We are looking for casual Cert III & Diploma qualified Childhood Educators to work in the centre. We are offering flexible rosters to support a great work/life balance.

**About the role**
- Involved in supporting the team which provides high quality early childhood education and care
- Working in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law and applicable regulations and the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care and with the Code of Ethics & services Code of Conduct.
- Support the implementation of contemporary, research-based practices at the service.
- Maintain and uphold Workplace Health and Safety & privacy and confidentiality
- Providing ongoing support and assistance to other staff in all areas of service operation
- Development of a sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards

**The successful applicant will**:

- Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Be available Monday to Friday
- Knowledge of the national standards
- First Aid trained
- Working with Children's check
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Early Childhood
