- To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the participants using a person centred approach
- To observe and promote the participants’ choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfilment and other rights
- To create and maintain good professional relationships with participants, their family, friends and other stakeholders
- To actively support other Support Workers
- To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations and Organisation policies, procedures and guidelines
- To actively market Organisation and promote a positive, personal and professional profile, ensuring the good reputation of Organisation at all times

**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience working in the Disability/Aged Care field
- Experience or ability to perform personal care work/household duties/social and community participation activities
- Drivers License, car and comprehensive car insurance
- Current Police and Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate + CPR
- Manual Handling
- NDIS working check
- Other certificates/qualifications (Certificate III or IV)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $29.59 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Work Location: On the road
