Key Responsibilities: As a Temp Accounts Payable Officer, you will:

- Process and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing, matching, coding, and payment processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate expense coding and timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues to maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

What You Bring:

- Previous experience in a similar accounts payable role, showcasing your proficiency in full-cycle AP processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
