**Our Story**

The Retail Accounts Services was established in 2008. The team consists of experienced and high performing Credit Controllers working in a fast-paced environment. We are involved at every stage of the lease lifecycle; prior to the start of the lease, to exit from one of our centres. Being the primary contact for our retailers, the team interacts with various stakeholders and are across multiple facets of the lease.

We work with some of the best brands in the retail world, as well as support small to medium businesses. We play a key role in helping the company achieve strong financial results.

Managing a large volume of leases, the team not only have the technical knowledge but stride in building relationships. They are driven by ‘account hygiene’ when it comes to managing rental accounts and deliver reliable, timely and consistent service to our stakeholders.

**Your Opportunity**:
We have some exciting opportunities within our Retailer Account Services (RAS) team for credit controllers to join our business

As a vital member of our team, you will be collaborating closely with several internal teams. You will serve as the main point of contact for retailers, addressing account issues and inquiries. Results driven and focused, you will come into this role with ability to build strong partnerships and successfully collect outstanding rental arrears from our retail tenants.

Our Credit Control roles are a hybrid of Accounts Receivable and managing credit risk whilst building and leveraging relationships.

Due to the broad scope of our company and brands, we have 3 streams within the RAS team and opportunities across each stream:
Here’s a bit about us:
**Nationals team**: This team works with the big-box retailers with national presence and consists of highly experienced Credit Controllers. The team is adept at handling large volume of data and enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheets.

**Specialty team**:A committed team who liaise with our SME retailers. The team consists of well-rounded credit controllers with a passion to build relationships. They love to influence an outcome and enjoy conveying complex financial information in easy-to-understand format, to our retailers.

**BrandSpace**:A fast-paced and closed knit team that manages the rental accounts of casual leasing tenants. Working closely with the Sales team, the credit controllers ensure adherence to compliance and credit terms.

These roles are being offered as a full-time position is based at our Sydney Support Office, conveniently located above Westfield Sydney.

Your previous experience in collections, reporting, or account management has equipped you with the confidence to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential.
