**The Venue**
Located opposite Botany Bay, **Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach** overlooks the white, sandy beaches of Brighton-Le-Sands. The hotel is a leading venue for conference and events and has a range of fantastic food & beverage offerings in our restaurant, bar and stunning new gaming lounge.

**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic team at Treasure Cove as we embark on an exciting new journey We're looking for vibrant, enthusiastic gaming attendants who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. Our gaming room, set to dazzle with 30 gaming machines and a new bar, needs your spark to make it shine.

As a gaming attendant, you will be pivotal in creating memorable moments for our guests, making sure they feel welcome and well looked after. You will have access to a rotating roster across 7 days, with shifts ranging from days to nights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delight customers with outstanding service, ensuring their time with us is unforgettable.
- Be the go-to person for any queries about our gaming room and its amenities.
- Keep things running smoothly by promptly addressing technical issues and conducting routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain a watchful eye over the gaming room, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and efficiency.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service.
- While gaming experience is a bonus, your attention to detail is what sets you apart.
- Your knack for providing top-notch service will leave a lasting impression.
- Flexibility is key, as we have shifts available during the week, weekends and evenings.
- RSA & RCG certifications are a must or wiling to obtain.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.09 - $35.02 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
