This leading University is seeking an experienced Iteration Manager to work on multiple streams of delivery across a new system implementation. This is a servant leader role that will support teams in effective uptake in Agile/Agility to continue to develop new and improved ways of working.

Your brand-new role will see you work closely with the team's Product Owner and support the team in adoption and usage of appropriate Agile/Agility principles, practices, and techniques to capture, prioritise and accelerate delivery of value to their stakeholders.

**Deliverables**
- Promote and drive uplift in agile adoption and maturity, helping team(s) self-organise, self-manage and work at a sustainable pace of continual improvement and continuous delivery
- Support the Product Owner(s) and the team(s) in ensuring and embedding transparency in work status and achievements with the team's internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining and prioritising the team's work backlog and supporting the Product Owner(s) in development and adoption of approaches to align their teams to desired stakeholder outcomes
- Work collaboratively to design and implement processes that ensure a seamless flow of work between the operational and delivery marketing teams
- Support the team in adoption of a 'customer centric focus' with innovative approaches to delivery of team outcomes and customer value.
- Work with team(s), key stakeholders, and other technology areas/functions to support the team in meeting its delivery expectations

**Skills and experience**
- Significant experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile coach in large and complex organisations, having delivered software leveraging iterative/agile frameworks, practices and delivery metrics
- Solid knowledge of iterative and flow-based work systems and complementary frameworks e.g., Lean, Kanban, Scrum, Scrum, TDD/FDD/BDD, SAFe, Devops/CD-CI; also
- Demonstrable experience in Product planning and education of teams in definition and replenishment of Product backlogs
- Outstanding communication skills, with extensive experience in creation and facilitation of agile ceremonies
- Experience in working with teams to manage large and diverse stakeholder groups at all levels across the organisation
- Experience supporting teams in adoption of innovative and customer-centric approaches to design and build products that meet stakeholder needs.
- Proven leadership and team building skills, preferably working in an Agile environment within teams that provide continuous delivery of value to the customer/stakeholder
- Highly motivated individual, with initiative, a professional approach, and excellent people skills
