Based across our NSW Northern Rivers Branch’s, you will join a highly experienced and well-respected team of Agronomists located across McGregor Gourlay’s network. You will have the opportunity to provide agronomic and technical support to farmers and producers in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Working with clients to provide agronomic services with the aim of improving the performance and sustainability of their farming enterprise.
- Providing a wide range of agronomic services.
- Providing advice on rotations, conservation farming and crop protection.
- Working with clients to develop sustainable cropping programs.
- Introducing new techniques, technologies and products to clients to optimise farm productivity and returns.
- Attend and represent the Company at regular internal and industry events.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
The successful applicant will ideally:

- Established yourself as an experienced Agronomist **OR** recently completed tertiary studies in an Agricultural Science based degree.
- A willingness to learn and work within a highly experienced agronomy and Branch team to service the needs of customers and clients.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Well-developed computer skills.
- A current driver’s licence.
