**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Sales and Retention Specialist to join our team in Rydalmere. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention among our valued clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new sales leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct consultations with customers to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of ADT security products and services to potential clients.
- Close sales contracts while adhering to company pricing and profitability guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support to existing customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of security systems and services preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
- Must be results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
