**About the Role**:

- Shift Timing 1:00pm to 8:30pm
- Ensure freight is sorted to correct run bays at Launceston Depot
- Ensure all freight is sorted for outbound and intrastate processing
- Provide a high level of freight visibility by ensuring 100% scanning compliance
- Assist strategic planning for and provide motivation for PUD Drivers
- Provide feedback to team leader to identify run efficiencies
- Check unsendables
- Display a strong work ethic and lead by example
- Commitmentto the Purple Promise ‘I will make every FedEx experience outstanding’

**Experience required**:

- Previous warehouse experience desirable
- Forklift license (MUST)
- Current MR licence is ideal
- Previous airline experience desirable
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Safety focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
