**Your new opportunity**

An exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for partner management and marketing of offers in RAA’s member benefit program to increase the number of loyal, engaged, and rewarded members. In addition, you will:

- Manage assigned program partners to understand their needs, pain points and objectives to ensure ongoing participating in RAA’s member benefit program.
- Monitor the category competitive landscape of assigned program partners to ensure performance is meeting expectations and growth opportunities identified and actioned.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners, suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders to get the best outcomes for the partner, RAA, and members.
- Monitor and track all category performance metrics, including post-campaign analysis.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business/Communications, or related field is mandatory.
- Proficient understanding of the loyalty landscape and influence of loyalty programs on consumer behaviour.
- Basic level understanding of the concept of membership, and the SA market.
- Passion for learning and self-improvement.
- A team player with integrity to align with company values.
