Position : Full Time

Location : Manly NSW

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 a year

Butterboy, the associated entity of Rollers Bakehouse, is a well-known cookie specialist. The business is now searching for experienced and dedicated Bakers and Pastrycooks to join their busy team.

**Full Time Baker**
Bakers are responsible for:

- Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients
- Mixing doughs to specific guidelines
- Working out required dough temperatures
- Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bakery goods
- Operating machines which roll and mould dough
- At all times, ensuring that Food Safety requirements are met.

Successful applicants must have the following:

- Relevant qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry
- Willingness to constantly learn and be inspired

**Full Time Pastrycook**
Pastrycooks are responsible for:

- Checking the quality of raw materials
- Measuring and combining ingredients, baking and preparing pastry goods
- Glazing and decorating pastry goods, such as cookies and cookie cakes
- Presenting quality pastry goods on a daily basis
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the equipment
- Adhering to WHS and Food Safety practices
- Calculating orders when required

- At least 2 years of relevant experience
