**About the role**

Based at our beautiful Deborah Cheetham**_ _**Retirement Village in Ocean Grove_,_ you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:
- Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents in our High Care Unit
- Coordinate, motivate and develop your team
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Provide support to your Clinical Manager
We have a full-time role available working Sunday to Thursday 0800 - 1600.
**About you**
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge or within a previous nursing leadership role
- The ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team
