**The Role**

Joining the qualified and talented professional chosen for their dedication, the role takes on an established, neat and manageable portfolio of properties that are close to the office. With a passion for Real Estate, you will be a team player and lead by example. You will love to work autonomously and find it easy to manage your time on a busy portfolio with amicable, hand-picked landlords and tenants.

Lots support from the Team Leaders and Department Manager, Leasing and Administration, Property Marketing, Virtual Assistants and Assistant PM to handle property condition reports.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Routine Inspections
- OFIs
- Condition reports
- Entry & Final Inspections
- Client Management - Landlord
- Portfolio management
- Repairs and maintenance
- Arrears
- Minimum 1-2 years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Australian Driver's License
- Reliable and presentable Vehicle
- Strong Communication Skills
- Neat and tidy personal presentation
- Local area knowledge will be an advantage
