**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Over the course of the eighteen month Graduate Program (in either our Melbourne or Sydney office), you will gain experience in the core areas within Legal Operations & Transformation by undertaking 3 rotations in our Legal Project Management, Pricing & Analytics, Legal Transformation or Client Advisory teams. You will spend 5 months in each of your rotations to gain hands-on, practical experience and training. You will work with experienced professionals on internal and client matters which will give you a first-rate opportunity to develop your skills, contribute ideas and learn from people who are leaders in their field. You will be assigned a mentor to support your development and you will have continuing training and development opportunities through the Legal Operations & Transformation team but also the firm more broadly. At the end of your three rotations, you will have the opportunity to undertake an internal secondment, to work with another team out side of Legal Operations & Transformation, or a client secondment in their Legal Operations & Transformation team equivalent.
