**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity as our receptionist for multiple locations.

The receptionist provides customer-orientated administrative support

services to ensure the effective day to day operations with multiface

The position is a full time with potential growth.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Provide receptionist services, including answering and directing

incoming phone calls and welcoming visitors.
- Coordinate administrative functions to support Clinic office such as

purchasing and reconciliation, scheduling, invoicing and etc.

About you
- Experience in providing high level reception, clerical, co-ordination and

administrative services.
- Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal

skills.
- Experience in upholding a high level of professionalism, maintaining

confidentiality and delivering high quality customer service to internal

and external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in a Business / Administration or related field is

desirable.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless

assessed exempt.
- Experience in “Best Practice “and/or “Helix” medical practice software

would be an added advantage.
