As a Workforce Analyst at Guzman y Gomez, you will be at the forefront of dissecting and understanding key workforce data drivers. Your role will involve analysing workforce data to derive actionable insights that enhance all people initiatives and contribute to driving favourable commercial outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Analyst, you will collaborate across teams to implement strategic workforce optimizations and foster a data-driven culture within GYG.

**What you can expect in the role**:

- Analyse and elevate workforce data to derive insights that bolster all people initiatives and contribute to driving favourable commercial outcomes
- Deliver robust analytical and reporting capabilities to enhance comprehension of turnover, promotion rates, career pathways, and engagement levels
- Develop comprehensive insights to optimise the various stages of the employee lifecycle, fostering a positive and productive employee experience
- Support Operations and People Experience team to deliver effective workforce management planning through insightful analytics
- Conduct comprehensive remuneration analysis across all roles within GYG, aligning bonus structures with both short and long-term business objectives
- Assess and analyse the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives, employing data-driven insights to evaluate their impact on employee performance
- Foster cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders to improve the overall employee experience and optimise data collection, reporting and analysis processes

**You’ll enjoy this role if you have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated proficiency in analysing and interpreting data to extract meaningful insights
- A strong foundation in workforce management
- Strong commercial acumen and highly curious
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced excel skills is a must
