**About the role**

Seeking an Agile Org Change Specialist well-versed in Agile organizational structure methodologies, has experience implementing Tribes, Chapters, Guilds, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) at a large scale, and possesses the strategic leadership skills.

**Skills and experience**
- Strong background in Agile organizational structures and methodologies including experience with concepts like Tribes, Chapters, Guilds, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complexities and adapt Agile principles to fit the needs of a sizable workforce
- Experience at the consulting level, preferably at a director level necessary to drive transformative changes across the organisation
- Good storyteller can effectively communicate the vision and benefits of Agile organization design
- Strong background in leading or participating in Agile transformations is important
