- Performance management and oversee of the team
- Ensure appropriate workforce coverage at all times.
- Become senior point of escalation for any issues or challenges.
- Analyse report data trends and risk.
- Ensure compliance is up to date.

- Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

**Profile**
- Previous experience in workforce management preferably from industrial environment.
- Volume recruitment delivery experience advantageous.
- Flexibility with hours to support the business as required.
- A customer and client focus with the ability to establish long lasting business relationships.
- Capability to engage and communicate effectively to all stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues.
- Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
