**The Role**

This is a opportunity in which Aquarium Industries is seeking to fill a role within our Nursery team, Located in Greenbank QLD. This position will be responsible for both the production of aquarium plants as well as some maintenance around the nursery. This role will also include but is not limited to, the Collection of wild plants, Production of both Aquarium plant pots & Driftwood mounted plants, Maintenance of Mother Stock & Cleaning of nursery.

**The person**

This role requires an individual who possess exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for production. We are seeking someone with experience in general Nursery operations however this will suit someone with advanced knowledge also.

Knowledge of, and passion for aquarium fish/plants is highly regarded as is a positive can-do attitude, willingness to strive for accuracy and working in a team environment to maintain our industry leading product range and availability.

The role specifically requires an individual with:
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role or moderate knowledge of plants and their growing requirements (Specifically in aquarium plants)
- Attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Exemplary personal organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously on both allocated and self allocated tasks.
- Any other previous experience in the aquarium industry will be a bonus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greenbank, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
