**Overview**
- The Aboriginal Mental Health Cultural Worker supports staff in the delivery of comprehensive and integrated range of evidenced based, recovery-oriented services across the multi-disciplinary Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network Mental Health (LHN MH) appropriate to the needs of the consumer and the local community. The Aboriginal Mental Health Cultural Worker supports the delivery of culturally relevant integrated, accessible, and equitable mental health (MH) care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) consumers across community, acute and rehabilitation service settings.- The Aboriginal Mental Health Cultural Worker is an active member of mental health team supporting the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with a variety of individuals, groups, and organisations, both internally and externally including local Regional Health Services, and other local ATSI individuals, groups and/or organisations.Being part of Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network means you will be supported both personally and professionally, can take advantage of education and training opportunities, you will have access to flexible working hours.
