**_About the Role_**
Our team is growing at LDK allowing us to search for Rostering Administrators to join the team. In this role you will roster care-staff with our residents to provide At-Home care services according to agreed timeframes, and in line with the LDK’s strategy, Vision and Values and operating requirements.
Your responsibilities are (Not limited to):
- Rostering the Village Care Team for resident visits in accordance with their Care Plans, and processing roster changes - in compliance with the relevant award and each team member’s employment terms..
- Allocating care services to our team of personal care assistants
- Coordinate the process of welcoming new Care Team Members to the Village through buddy shifts
- Collection and analysis of workforce data as required.
- Coordination of staff and resident services
**_About You_**
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of older people
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency with intermediate aptitude in Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel
**Professional Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rostering or scheduling for a medium to large workforce is essential.
- Experience in rostering or scheduling for a community-based organization would be highly regarded.
- Experience in using Rostering and Scheduling platforms highly regarded.
- Experience with recruitment administration, compliance, induction, and on-boarding would be highly regarded.
- Ability to demonstrate personal aptitude for attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Sound communication skills, both oral and written.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills and the ability to be decisive under pressure.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities.
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo a Police Clearance and have an influenza and COVID-19 immunisation up-to-date prior to commencing._
