**Your new role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Food Services Officer to join our Social Connections Team and make a difference in our community. You will help build a positive social environment for our residents and be the face of council with our seniors and volunteers. Key responsibilities will be the delivering our Meals on Wheels program and coordinating volunteers to support the program.

This is a Band 5 classified role, remuneration will be $72,922 - $84,842.95 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

**What you will need to thrive**
- The ability to demonstrate experience in establishing and maintaining administration systems.
- The ability to supervise Council volunteers and establish collaborative working relationships.
- An understanding and knowledge of food distribution centres procedures and quality systems.
- A competency in computer data base systems (Carelink, Better Impact, Office 365 desirable)
- Be able to manage a workload, competing priorities and the needs of multiple stakeholders, in order to meet targets.
