Traffic Force is on the hunt to find a superstar Operations Supervisor to join our team As Operations Supervisor you will play a critical role in ensuring we deliver on the promises we make and the expectations we create for our customers. You will be relied on to supervise our services delivered on site to ensure we meet legislation, company standards and customer requirements. This role requires someone who can talk the talk AND walk the walk.

Now, down to the nitty-gritty.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all WHS policies and procedures are being followed to maintain an injury free workplace - we want our people to go home in even better condition than they came to work in
- Actively visiting worksites - this is not just driving by but stopping and understanding how the team’s day is progressing and providing your support.
- Providing consistent leadership and mentoring to develop our team of traffic controllers - you will be hands on with performance management and tackling difficult conversations with a focus on being hard on problems, not on people.
- Receiving and processing incident reports and site documentation

To kick some *serious* goals in this role you are going to need the following skills and qualities:

- Current C Class manual licence (or higher)
- Previous experience in construction, transport, security, or hospitality industries
- Minimum 2 years supervising, being on call & leading 20+ people in private sector
- Focused on safe work habits, culture & practices with strong history of safety awareness
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Has the ability to think on their feet and adapt to changing demands
- Good computer skills
