The Technology division delivers the Group's information technology and banking operation functions to ensure the highest levels of customer service through world-class process excellence and technology innovation. Group Security protects the bank and our customers from theft, loss, and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk.

We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office. We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few. As the Security Enablement Manager, you will be reporting into the Chapter Lead Security Enablement part of the wider Group Security Transformation and Enablement practice.

**Your impact and contribution**

As the Security Enablement Manager, you will own customer relationships across the group and embody Group Security's value proposition to consult and offer ongoing support across a variety of security services and solutions between Group Security and the wider organisation.

**You will also**:

- Liase with stakeholders to support the development, enhancement and onboarding of our Group Security StoreFront
- Support with experimentation and discovery within selected areas, e.g. Automation and Gen.AI
- Tracking and reporting of Group Security NPS
- Trusted advisor and main point of contact for an assigned portfolio
- Assist the integration of the security experience for colleagues
- Navigate and simplify complex processes to ensure successful outcomes
- Understand the portfolio's roadmap, help align and predict the flow of work and identify priorities

Looking to build and further their career working across the Group Security Domain, with a key focus on security enablement and stakeholder management. You will have strong influence and experience managing stakeholders - functional and technical, while building ongoing relationships to support the wider security function.

**You will also**:

- Ideally understand cyber or IT, however, you don't need to be highly technical
- Be customer obsessed and have a proactive attitude
- Strong stakeholder management experience working with functional and technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence - will be looked upon favourably
- Be a team player and have an agile mindset.
