**Maintenance Planner** for an ASX-listed gold mining company undergoing rapid expansion. **About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee maintenance planning, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs for maintenance staff.
- Conduct Career and Performance reviews in accordance with guidelines.
- Foster and retain competencies and expertise within the team to deliver efficient and value-added services.
- Provide timely and relevant feedback to the management team, ensuring awareness of safety, environmental, and project activities that influence company priorities.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Relevant trade qualification.
- 5-10+ years of experience in fixed plant maintenance and mineral processing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner or equivalent within the mining industry.
- High-level technical expertise and troubleshooting skills across all maintenance disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in asset reliability, maintenance optimization, and maintenance planning, preferably using Pronto.
- Proven experience in implementing proactive maintenance strategies.
- Strong reporting and cost control capabilities.
- Expertise in team leadership.
- Strong working knowledge and use of maintenance scheduling and planning software, with expertise in Pronto being preferred.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in analyzing mechanical data.
- Current "C" Class Western Australian Driver's License or equivalent.
