- Experience as a Host in a restaurant is essential
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding time management
- Full time availability including weekends, and public holidays
- Victoria RSA Certificate
