**The Opportunity**:
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Driver to become a valued member of
our team at Paradise Country As the key operator of our Tractor Ride, your primary
role will involve skillfully navigating the route while upholding a world-class standard of
presentation, ensuring the utmost safety, and delivering an exceptional guest service
experience

**Your day to day**:

- Ability to drive and navigate the tractor and control traffic during park operating hours.
- Ensure all safety standards are adhered to for team members and guests.
- Loading and unloading the attraction.
- Constant positive interaction with guests and demonstrate excellent guest service as a top priority.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the tractor and carriages to the required standard and report any incidents or faults that may arise immediately.
- To maintain the pigs playground and assist with show clean up when required.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Current driver’s licence.
- Ability to be flexible in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to exceed guest expectations.
