Junior Leasing Executive

**The Role**

In this position you'll be responsible for the listing and leasing of commercial properties across Brisbane. Experience in commercial real estate isn’t a requirement either, as you will receive ample training before taking on your first property and you will always have the support of senior staff, should you need it too

If you're wondering what your day to day will look like, you'll typically find yourself:

- Listing and leasing commercial properties
- Identifying existing and new business opportunities to increase revenue
- Converting prospects to new listings
- Conducting inspections and negotiate agreed lease terms
- Updating owners and presenting offers

**What’s in it for you?**
- In addition to a generous **base salary**, you will also receive **commission**:

- The salary starts at $50,000/annum and is set to increase as the successful person grows with the business
- Salary and commission rates can be negotiated

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Driver’s licence (essential) and Queensland Real Estate licence (ideal, though can be obtained later)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
