We are a growing Asian food importer and distributor located in Sydney south west. We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse officer/Storeperson to join our warehouse to work in a variety and autonomy in a busy and often demanding work environment.

**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:

- Repackaging goods into smaller packages
- Label items with product details
- Order fulfillment, picking stock in a responsible and professional manner within a required turnaround time
- Complete orders and checking them off from the appropriate lists
- Maintain and complete all required records and documentation, justify any discrepancies
- Replenishment
- Stock take or cycle count duties as required
- Handle returned and damaged goods as per company’s policy
- Housekeeping the packing area and surrounds
- Maintain trolleys, scales and other Company’s assets in your care
- Follow relevant OH&S rules and regulations in the company’s OH&S policy
- Perform other duties which may fall outside of your normal duties when required or if instructed by the Warehouse Manager/other senior staff.

**Skills Required**:

- Physical fitness with ability to perform physical work
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Customer focus
- Basic literacy and numerical skills
- Good organisational and time management skills

Experience in food service will be a great advantage. This position is offering immediate start for the success Applicant. This is a growing company with potential for future growth.

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
