Tyro's Terminal Configuration team is a small team of Configuration and Repairs Specialists responsible for hardware and software support of Tyro EFTPOS terminals. As a highly valued team member, you will test, troubleshoot and prepare hardware to be sent to our customers and, be the primary contact point for customer technical terminal escalations from both the Customer Support Team Leads and direct customers.

**What you'll be doing**:

- shipping terminals/accessories to merchants
- configuring terminals
- testing terminals for faults
- cleaning
- Sending faulty terminals for repair
