**The Company**
Our client is a privately owned and operated organisation that specializes in material processing, material recovery, and document destruction solutions. Their offering includes:

- Producing turnkey solutions for their extensive client base to process, convey, separate, destroy and/or bale material
- Designing and fabricating one-off bespoke items
- Servicing and supporting baling, conveying, separating and shredding equipment

They have been in operation for over five years and since their inception have experienced enviable growth throughout that time. The organisation operates out of a fit for purpose premises in Yatala with a wide range of quality equipment and tools including both tools for fabrication and IT.

**The Role**
We are now searching for a dynamic Projects Coordinator with a solid background in drafting to join this successful team of professionals.

The role is designed to introduce operational efficiencies and streamline processes with the view to take this business from being good, to being great

To achieve this, you would be expected to undertake the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Create workshop drawings - using standard models
- Create BOMs and manage procurement of materials
- Liaise between the engineering and workshop teams
- Assist with the scheduling/programming fabrication tasks
- Monitor current and up-coming projects
- Seek to add value wherever possible through continuous improvement initiatives

**You**
To be successful in the role you must have a passion for mechanical equipment/engineering and the ability to take ownership of your work.

Additionally, you will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Demonstrable experience in manufacturing - trade or drafting
- Competent in the use of **AutoCAD** (Solidworks experience, whilst not necessary, will also be viewed favourably)
- Excellent communication ability - both verbal and written
- Stable career history - demonstrable tenure in previous roles
- Desire to learn and professionally develop
