**Job Description**:
**Our Family**:

- We encourage our children to be true to who they are and to forge their own paths. We also expect that they consider the needs of the household and those around them and learn to manage their behaviour (recognising that this isn't always easy for adults or children alike). For our teenagers, we expect that they keep us informed about where they are, who they are with and when they will be home. We also encourage a structured approach to homework but ultimately it is their responsibility to complete and submit their work. We are flexible with the days and hours depending on the right person. Ideally need minimum of 2 school pick-ups a week and babysit one night per week (also open to having someone start before kids finish school to help with meal prep, light cleaning and general household duties)

**Your Duties**:

- Light Cleaning Duties. Someone who is comfortable preparing 3-4 simple meals per week. 1-2 suitable for freezing Hours and days : Flexible with days and hours depending on the right person. Ideally need minimum of 2 school pick-ups a week and babysit one night per week - also open to having someone start before kids finish school to help with meal prep, light cleaning and general household duties.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- We are looking for someone who can forge a genuine connection with our children. Because two of our children have ADHD, and one also has ASD, we need someone who can manage some more challenging behaviours in a calm and productive way. Some behaviours include: being rigid/inflexible, becoming overly upset when minor things go wrong, being 'demand avoidant. Someone who has experience with ADHD and ASD is diserable.
