**Description**:
Join a dedicated, friendly team who really care about the work that we do for the people we house. This role is based in our office in Rivervale, Perth. You will work very closely with a dynamic team of Tenancy Assistants and Tenancy Officers. We pride ourselves in our collaborative work which focuses on the provision of person-centered tenancy management.

As a Tenancy Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team. Duties revolve around various administrative tasks, managing schedules, booking/closing inspections, signup packs including Lease Agreements and providing some support to Tenancy Officers for tenant accounts. There will be occasional site visits, assisting with phone calls and liaising with various specialist teams. You will learn about the various programs we look after and work together with our stakeholders to support our tenants.

Full training will be provided, however previous experience in Real Estate is highly regarded. This is the opportunity to move from private into the not-for-profit sector.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- previous administrative experience is essential, preferably in the Real Estate Industry.
- Strong person-centred values.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to follow and adhere to established processes and procedures and to work with good attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, with demonstrated ability to interact sensitively and professionally.
- Strong organisational skills.
