A rare opportunity for an engaging Early Childhood Educator to join a highly reputable and exceeding-rated East community-managed not-for-profit early learning service is now available.

The service is a home away from home for their passionate educators - many of whom have been with them for over 10-20 years, come to work to play, learn and grow with children. Our client runs an exceeding-rated service and is very easy to get to by public transport.
The successful applicant will be well supported by an experienced full-time director and a leadership team committed to creating a positive workplace and an open and honest environment. The leadership team recognises that our educators are essential to running a quality centre, and your well-being is critical. The centre is designed to create a warm, homely feel and environment that children and educators enjoy.
**About you**:
ACECQA Approved Diploma qualification (not working towards)
Experience in an early learning environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Superb interpersonal skills with exceptional ability to engage others
WWCC and current First Aid training
Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Committed to continual professional development and is constantly pursuing ways to maximise a positive impact on our students
