**The Opportunity**

This internship is a learning and working opportunity for anyone who would like to build a career in procurement. This is a 6 months fixed term contract.

**Day
- to
- day responsibilities**
- Facilitate filing of contract documentation, and ensure completeness of files per their respective checklist
- Assist in the preparation of reports, solicitation documents and contracts
- Assist in bid evaluation and price/quotations comparison analysis;
- Assist in the receipt, verification and acceptance of goods and services procured
- Assist in the collection of customs clearing, fund transfers and permits review of payments and verify completeness of the documents and adherence to internal procedures,
- Assist in the handover of procured items
- Assist in updating asset records and periodical verification; and
- Perform other duties as assigned by team.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Prior work experience in any field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Should have experience working on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
