With a Store Management position at the key Canberra Centre store

**A bit about this Store Management Role**:

- Team Leadership:_ Inspire and lead a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and motivated work environment.
- Customer Experience:_ Uphold the brand's commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring that each client receives a personalized and memorable experience.
- Product Knowledge:_ Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship, and share this knowledge with both the team and customers.
- Inventory Management:_ Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimising discrepancies.
- Visual Merchandising:_ Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create captivating and aesthetically pleasing displays that showcase the beauty of our jewellery.

**About You**:

- Experience in retail management.
- Exceptional Interpersonal & Sales Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for and knowledge of fine jewellery.
