Lifestyle Coordinator

Join our team as a **Lifestyle Coordinator**, a welcoming 51-bed aged care facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, and evaluate lifestyle programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of our residents
- Foster a vibrant and supportive environment through social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
- Work collaboratively with care staff, residents, and their families to ensure holistic care and wellbeing
- Encourage resident participation and engagement to promote physical, emotional, and social health
- Maintain accurate records of activities, participation, and resident feedback

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or background in aged care, leisure, or community services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in aged care
- Creativity and the ability to design inclusive activities that enhance residents’ quality of life
- Knowledge of person-centred care and the ability to adapt programs to meet diverse needs
- A team player with a compassionate and positive attitude
- Relevant qualifications in Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy, or similar (desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
