**Position Overview**:
Body Fit Training is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Coach to join our fitness team. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional training experience for our members. You will be responsible for guiding and motivating individuals to achieve their fitness goals through our innovative training programs. **Responsibilities**:

- Deliver High-Quality Training Sessions: Conduct group training sessions in accordance with Body Fit Training's guidelines and training methodologies. Provide clear instructions, demonstrate exercises, and ensure proper technique and form to maximize effectiveness and safety.
- Motivate and Inspire Members: Create a positive and supportive environment that fosters motivation and encourages members to push past their limits. Provide ongoing encouragement, feedback, and guidance to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.
- Monitor Progress and Track Results: Regularly evaluate members' progress, track their results, and provide feedback to help them stay on track. Utilize Body Fit Training's proprietary Heart Rate systems and tools to monitor attendance, performance, and goals achieved.
- Educate on Fitness and Nutrition: Share knowledge and expertise on fitness principles, training techniques, and proper nutrition. Provide advice and recommendations to members to support their overall health and well-being.
- Ensure Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines. Clean and organize equipment, ensure proper equipment usage, and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Assist with Member Engagement: Actively engage with members, build relationships, and promote a sense of community within the training sessions. Answer questions, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall member experience.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Fitness Trends: Continuously educate yourself on the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Cert III & Cert IV are a MUST HAVE (e.g. Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach with a recognised certification)
- Ideally 2 years of coaching experience, preferably in a group training environment, but newly qualified PTs will also be considered
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, functional training principles, and proper exercise techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with and motivate individuals
- Ability to adapt training programs to accommodate different fitness levels and goals
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to personal health and well-being
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of nutrition and ability to provide basic guidance and recommendations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
