Reporting to the National Executive the key responsibilities of this role will be:

- Sourcing top tier properties
- Negotiating contracts of sale
- Liaising with solicitors
- Inspecting properties, attending auctions on behalf of clients
- Coordinating pre-settlement inspections
- Fostering strong relationships with both your local network and real estate agents
- Maintain client records using Metropole’s CRM systems

Key Attributes you will bring to the role:

- Previous experience as a Buyer's Agent in the Melbourne Metro area advantagous
- General Real Estate experience
- Agent’s Rep or full real estate license
- High level market knowledge
- Real estate contract and negotiation skills expertise
- Flexibility in time management
- Client focused / Results orientated approach
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
