We are looking for a Full Time Supervisor to join our Replenishment Team. This is an evening role working 1pm to 9pm supervising replenishment and merchandising across the store. Previous experience leading a team is desirable in this role and an ability to work autonomously.

What you’ll do- Coach and lead a team to ensure merchandising standards fit with the business- Coordinator Stock- Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers- Coach the team on the right service behaviours- Live our Safety Values and coach the team on the right safety behaviours

You’ll need:
- Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team- An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team- Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers- Have an eagerness to learn about new products- To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours

Our customers are important to us. Bunnings trade 7 days a week, opening early and closing late on weekdays and on weekends. To provide the best experience you will be required to work a variety of different shifts during the week.
