**About the opportunity**
An excellent opportunity to join one of Sydney’s well-known Aged Care operators based in Sydney’s Southwest. In this role you will be focused on the promotion of the organisation, as well as managing sales performance across the aged care residential homes. The Admissions Coordinator will have experience developing and building strong relationships within the community and have the desire to meet and exceed goals.
**Duties**
- The Admissions Coordinator will work collaboratively with the admissions team to develop the most effective admissions processes.
- Provide customers and their families the detail and clarity they need when choosing a residential aged care home.
- Provide all necessary admissions information and communication feedback to the sales teams.
- Maximise the occupancy of the residential aged care homes.
- Provide facility tours for customers and their families
**Skills and Experience**
- 1-2 years working in sales in the health care/aged care industry
- You will have experience working with bonds and contracts
- Excellent communication skills are essential as you can be dealing with a range of stakeholders
- Vaccination certificate
