Nextt Brisbane currently have 2 **Part Time **vacancies in **Dutton Park **for a Disability Support Worker. This is a SIL Line working with clients who require high physical support, particularly with transfers (hoist and standing) and are a range of male and female clients.

**About the Role**:

- Based in Dutton Park.
- There are 10 clients moving into the apartment complex, under this model Support Workers will work with a range of the 10 clients moving into the apartments mid-April.
- All clients require high physical support, particularly with transfers (hoist and standing) and are a range of male and female clients.

**Commencement**:

- This role will be commencing approximately on the week of the **8th** **April** for training with Supports to commence approximately from **15th** **April**.

- Monday 11:00 AM to 1600 PM
- Tuesday 11:00 AM to 1700 PM
- Wednesday 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM

- Friday 11:00 AM to 1600 PM

Week 2
- Monday 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Tuesday 12:00 PM to 1700 PM
- Wednesday 11:00 AM to 1700 PM
- Thursday 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Friday 11:00 AM to 1700 PM

**Rates**

Rates start at $31.84 per hour above award rate on SCHADS award on Part Time, plus penalties for shifts and annual / personal leave.

**Your Certificates and Licences**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or NDIS Yellow Card) - must be applied or current
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- must be applied or current
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module - Quality Safety and you
- Australian Driver's License and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle

All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
