**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Applications are sought from talented and passionate Teacher’s Assistants for The Senior School. The Teacher’s Assistant is responsible to the Head of Educational Support Services to support students with diverse needs and teachers within and outside of the classroom.

**_Please note, this opportunity is a fixed-term full time opportunity commencing January 2024 at The King's School in North Parramatta._**

As a Teachers’ Assistant you would be required to support the students in the classroom with the following activities:

- Support students with diverse needs in the classroom, navigating around the school and during co-curricular activities
- Work collaboratively with teachers on achieving individual goals identified in their Personal Learning Plans
- Implement strategies to support students’ academic, social and emotional development
- Provide feedback to teachers about students’ progress
- Support students with modified programs
- Develop rapport with students to ensure students feel safe and supported
