We are a locally run business that is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to assist Management and our Sales team in day to day tasks.
This position is full time Weekdays 8am - 4pm
**This job entails but is not limited to**:
- Assist with stock management and warehouse organisation
- Customer service by phone and in-person
- Placing product orders and liaising with suppliers
- Update internal databases and spreadsheets
- Maintaining and regularly updating the business advertising platforms
- Assisting our sales team and management as operationally required
- Other Basic admin duties
- Previous office experience
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Proficient in MS suite of programs including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise in a fast moving and ever-changing environment
- Have a Can-do Attitude with problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail
- Confident Phone Manner
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
- Reckon Experience an advantage
- Familiar with advertising on sites such as Ebay and Gumtree
- Be always punctual and reliable
**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
