**The Role**:
The Groups Specialist is responsible for growing, servicing and managing the group business process from enquiry to departure, and future sales opportunities within a given territory across the TTC Tour Brands (Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold and Contiki).

This role places a high priority on efficiency, quality product offerings, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.

This is a permanent, full-time role based out of our vibrant Bondi Junction office offering hybrid work arrangements (2 days working from home).

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Create and maintain accurate records in Salesforce of each opportunity and prospect within the territory.
- Work with territory Sales Managers to ensure maximum conversion and materialisation on all group opportunities.
- Actively pursue new group business by canvassing for new work and building strong relationships with agents and consumers.
- Use customer service and sales skills to maximise the conversion of each customer opportunity.
- Strive to meet and exceed regional, team and department targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the customers from the beginning of the lead through post-trip follow up and through to potential future sales.
- Manage the quoting, marketing and documentation process through effective use of Tokyo to produce all material.
- D evelop and maintain relationships with our London team, ground handlers and other suppliers.
- Maintain accurate and up to date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures related to the job.
- Other duties as assigned by the TTC Groups Manager.
- Minimum 1 year experience within a fast-paced customer service environment.
- MS Office suite experience.
- Certificate in Travel & Tourism or equivalent desirable.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and an excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service and CSP working knowledge.
- Knowledge of international tourism products highly advantageous.
