Currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Trade Assistant for a full-time permanent role located in Forrestdale. Our client is a well-established service vehicle, earthmoving, manufacturing and hire company that has been specialising in quality builds and reliable service across Australia for the better part of 50 years. They are offering stable job security in a long-term ongoing permanent role working at their Perth branch.

**About The Role**
- **$36.00 - $38.00 Per Hour - Permanent** + Tool Allowance
- Located in Perth, Forrestdale
- **Full-time hours** -6:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday to Friday
- Weekly Overtime available
- **No probation period** - Permanent contract offered straight away

**Duties involved**
- Assisting Fitters with servicing, maintenance, site specific mods on a range of service trucks and earthmoving equipment
- Organise workshop and prepare various components for repairs
- Organising service vehicle and machinery yard
- General workshop duties such as picking spare parts for fitters, keeping everything tidy and organised

**About you**
- Experience with assisting in fitting and assembly of vehicles and machinery
- Basic servicing and repair knowledge of vehicles is desirable
- **Previous Trade Assistant experience**:

- Must be mechanically minded and good with hand/power tools
- Current Drivers license & reliable transport
- HR License/Forklift ticket is desirable but not essential to be considered for the role.
