**The Company**:
Our Client is a quality-assured heavy machinery services provider known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. They specialise in servicing a wide range of machinery for industries including general civil construction, marine, and mining.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Parts Sales Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Interpreting parts inquiries and orders from customers over the phone.
- Coordinating the delivery of parts to job sites or for customer pickup.
- Assisting customers at the front counter and providing exceptional service.
- Utilising your mechanical aptitude to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate parts.

**Roster & Remuneration**:

- You will work a 45-50 hour work week, with a base salary range from $70,000 to $80,000 and overtime paid in addition to the annual salary.
- On-call duties occur approximately every 3 to 4 weeks and come with additional allowances.

**Skills and Experience**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

- A mechanical aptitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good computer skills.
